When to Drop in Points Rummy
Points rummy is one hand. A drop is a priced exit. First drop if the deal is dummy. After you have picked, stay only if the pure sequence is live and your dump is under the middle-drop number.
The 20 / 40 / 80 picture
First drop ~20, middle ~40, dump ~80, times rupee value. If your loose cards already count 45, staying is paying extra for hope.
Do not drop a made hand
If the pure sequence is there and the rest is one card away, pick. Dropping a live hand is the other beginner leak.
