Two lines in the wallet

Open the wallet after OTP. One line is bonus. One line is cashable. Signup bonus always starts on bonus. A cashable line appears after play meets the wager the lobby shows. If you tap withdraw on bonus, nothing goes to UPI.

A new login gets a bonus. The amount sits on the bonus line after you sign in. Look there, not on a random listing.

How bonus becomes cashable

The app writes a wager on bonus. Sit a table, play, watch the bonus line move. Points often finishes a cycle faster than Pool 201, because a Points hand is short. If the lobby still shows bonus only, you are not ready for UPI.

UPI after the cashable line

KYC first. Name on Aadhaar or PAN must match the UPI handle. Then tap withdraw once on the cashable line. GPay, PhonePe or Paytm. Do not tap twice. KYC guide.

Do not treat bonus as pending cash

A bonus number is not a stuck cashout. Pending means you already asked UPI and the request has not landed. If that is the case, stop tapping and read the pending guide. If you only see bonus, sit and play until a cashable line appears.
