Wallet
Withdrawal pending
First step: do not send a second request. Then read the wallet line. Most pending cashouts are name, KYC, bonus, or a double tap.
Do not send a second request
If the wallet already says pending, wait. A second tap does not speed UPI. It puts two lines on the same handle. Support then has to clear both. Close the withdraw screen and leave the first request alone.
Read the cashable line
Open the wallet. If the number you tapped sits on bonus, that is not a cashout. Signup bonus has to move to a cashable line first. The long bonus note is on bonus wallet. If a cashable line is there, tap it once, then wait.
Name match
KYC name and UPI handle must be the same person. A short name on PhonePe and a full name on Aadhaar often holds the line. Fix the UPI name, or upload the ID that already matches, then keep the first request. Steps: Aadhaar / PAN KYC.
KYC not finished
OTP lets you sit. The first UPI ask needs a green KYC. A blurry card, a crop, or a glare photo looks like unfinished KYC. Send one clear photo of the same ID on the same account.
Do not open a second account
The same mobile number on two logins can freeze both wallets. Pending does not get faster with a new OTP. Stay on the first login until the first request lands or the lobby asks for a new photo.
What to do while it sits
Check four things, in this order: one request only; cashable line not bonus; KYC green; UPI name matches. Then wait on that one line. If the lobby shows a status, read that status instead of tapping again.
