Arrangement is not decoration. A messy tray hides a pure sequence that was already there. Sort the same way every hand so drops and declares stay fast.
Suit columns
Most apps have auto-sort. If it sorts by rank, switch to suit. Runs show up. Sets you can still see by rank flashing.
Seed then leftovers
Put the best same-suit consecutive group on the left. Everything else is a maybe. Maybes get thrown before seeds.
Jokers on the right
Until the pure seed is a real run, jokers do not move into it. Finish pure sequence first.
