Wrong shows are optional. They happen when you tap declare to win the race or to beat the clock. Slow is cheaper than 80 points.

Valid declaration checklist. Point at pure, point at second sequence, park the rest, zero leftovers.
Timer panic
If the beep is coming and the list is not done, middle drop or a safe throw — not declare. Turn timer.
Practice the tap
On the smallest Points table, declare only when bored of checking. Boredom is the skill.
