Wallet
KYC with Aadhaar / PAN
You can sit after mobile OTP. Before the first UPI cashout, Aadhaar or PAN must match the name on GPay, PhonePe or Paytm.
When KYC is required
Install a pack, sign in with a mobile number, then sit. Points, Pool and Deals all open after OTP. KYC is the gate on the first UPI request, not on the first table. If you tap withdraw before KYC is green, that request sits pending.
What to upload
The lobby asks for Aadhaar, PAN, or both. Use the ID whose printed name already matches your UPI. A nickname inside the rummy app does not override the UPI name. GPay, PhonePe and Paytm all read the handle name.
How to send the photo
One clear shot of the full card. No crop, no finger over the number, no glare from a tube light. A photo of a photocopy often fails. If the lobby rejects it, send one new photo of the same ID. Do not open a second account on the same number to retry.
If the name differs
A cashout stays pending when KYC name and UPI handle do not match. Fix the UPI name, or upload the ID that already matches. Then keep one request. Do not stack a second withdraw. The long pending checklist is on the pending guide.
After KYC is green
Open the wallet. Tap withdraw on the cashable line. Signup bonus sits in bonus and does not pay UPI. The amount you can take is the cashable figure in the app. One tap, then wait. See bonus wallet.
What holds KYC
Blurry or cropped card
Send one clear photo again. Same account.
UPI name mismatch
Change the handle or the ID so both names match.
Second account
The same number on two logins can hold both wallets.
