Aadhaar OTP KYC Failed
Aadhaar e-KYC sends an OTP to the mobile registered with UIDAI, not to whichever SIM is in the phone today. Failed OTP is usually the wrong number, an expired code, or a double submit.
Wrong SIM
If the Aadhaar mobile is an old number, e-KYC fails until UIDAI has the new number. The rummyl lobby cannot reroute that SMS.
Double submit
Two OTPs in flight look like a fail. Wait, then one retry. Same energy as add-cash failed — do not stack requests.
After OTP success
If UPI name still differs, cashout will fail later. Fix the handle now. Name mismatch.
