Why Indian Rummy Uses Two Decks
One deck cannot deal six people 13 cards. Indian rummy therefore uses two decks plus printed jokers. You will see two 7 of hearts in the same world. That is normal. It is also how illegal same-suit 'sets' happen.
Duplicates
Two 5 of spades can exist. They do not make a sequence. They do not make a set with each other. Throw one or use them in two different groups.
Sets still need different suits
The second deck does not relax the suit rule. What is a set.
Wild joker copies
If 4 is wild, every 4 from both decks is wild this hand. That is a lot of jokers. Spend them after the pure run exists.
